[Profile]
Pedro de Miguel is the joint brand of Pedro Perez (1958-2008) and Miguel Angel Rodriguez (1960-), both born in Madrid, Spain. They both apprenticed in the workshop of Jose Ramirez III in their mid-teens and were probably granted master builder status in the early 1980s (although they are not listed in the official Ramirez ID No. list).
The two left the Ramirez workshop in 1990, and the following year opened a workshop at Amor de Dios 13, also in Madrid, under the brand name Pedro de Miguel. The workshop met Pedro's untimely death in 2008, but Miguel continued to produce and manage the brand under their names. Pedro's son Ruben and Miguel's son Alvaro have since joined the workshop as artisans, strengthening the management of the business, which continues to this day.
The brand produces both classic and flamenco models, but the main focus is on flamenco models. It has a full range of quality in both functionality and artistry, from middle class to professional, and has gained a professional user base. Slightly different from the modern flamenco models, the sound is soft and gentle to the ear, reflecting Miguel's warm personality.

[Description]
Pedro de Miguel 1998 No.950 Flamenco Negra (black) is now in stock. This is a work with a massive flamenco attack and a mellow, gentle texture, which is typical of this brand. The intensity of the instantaneous expression is as expected, and the sound has a very pleasant resonance as well as a sufficiently rigid sound. It is 25 years old and has been used for flamenco, so there are many scratches, dents, and scratches throughout.
