Dieter Muller is a highly regarded German maker of double-top guitars, following in the　footsteps of Matthias Dammann and Gernot Wagner. While many of the contemporary　guitar makers have a scientific outlook in their work, Muller also combines a strong musical　sensibility with a university-educated sense of physics. His German craftsmanship makes　his guitars stand out from many others of their category.

There is no history of major repairs or modifications, such as cracks. There are a few minor　scratches on the treble side of the soundhole and under the bridge, but the rest of the　instrument is in good condition. The tuning machine is made by Scheller, a high-end　German brand, and is in good working condition.
