[Profile]
Born in 1960 in Gifu. After working as a craftsman, he decided to make guitars and joined Yukihide Chai's guitar workshop in Nagano Prefecture at the age of 34. After three years of apprenticeship, he became independent and opened his own workshop in Gifu. He is a member of the Japan String Instrument Makers Association.
His guitars are well-built with attention to detail, and he is flexible in incorporating modern elements such as double tops and raised fingerboards. The guitar has always maintained a high average in terms of ease of playability, volume, and acoustic balance, and is steadily expanding its user base.

[Description]
This is an MT-1 Tonality 2005 (used) made by Makoto Teramachi. The MT-1 Tonality is the entry-level model in this brand's lineup, but the overall quality and internal construction of the MT-1 Tonality shows the pride of the maker. The single tone has a solid core, but the overall sound is rich and bright. As the model name suggests, the acoustics are well balanced and very easy to play.
This guitar has been well played and has minor scratches all over the top, but the back and sides have relatively few scratches and are in good condition. There is no history of cracks or other major repairs. The frets are a little worn, but it doesn't affect the playing. The neck is a little thick, but it is easy to grip, and the tension is moderate, so it feels easy to play.
