[Description]
This is a classical guitar 'Kleiner Bach' made in 2007 by Masahiro Ogawa, who is also
active as a performer. The guitar is quite lightly built, and the thickness of the board is
processed very thinly, resulting in waviness and distortion of the board. There are two
cracks on the lower part of the back that have been repaired, probably due to such
deformation. All frets have been replaced for pitch adjustment.
Each of the bars has probably been altered in height and shape after being shipped. The
overall workmanship of the instrument is not perfect, as there are some areas where
roughness is noticeable. However, the low natural vibration of the bass, the dry and rustic
tone, and the harmonious resonance of the sound are typical of vintage guitars. The back
and sides are painted in glossy shellac, and the sound board is finished in matte. The frets
have been replaced, so they are at the correct value.
