Return Policy for International Sales
We will accept returns only from customers who have purchased merchandise without visiting our store in person, and only if the merchandise purchased has an obvious functional defect.
Returns must be requested within 8 days of receipt of the merchandise.
All costs associated with the return of the merchandise are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Any and all costs associated with the re-entry of the merchandise back into Japan shall be borne by the purchaser, and the amount of the refund will be deducted from the cost of the merchandise and refunded to the designated account.
We will refund the purchase price (in the currency and quantity at the time of receipt) after confirming that the goods have been returned in exactly the same saleable condition as when shipped.
The buyer will be responsible for the cost of the remittance procedure to the refund account designated by the buyer.
